MY COMMUNITY

Portal to the Olympic Peninsula:
Located west of Seattle, across Puget Sound, the vibrant Westsound community is growing and thriving. The community serves as the portal to the Olympic Peninsula, containing one of the largest undeveloped, rugged and pristine natural areas in the United States with towering evergreen trees, the only rain forest in the lower 48 states, miles of hiking trails, majestic snow capped mountains and thundering Pacific Ocean waves. We truly are blessed to live here.

The proximity of Greater Seattle, a major metropolitan area, and the ease and adventure of a one hour commute via ferry across the serene, but sometimes turbulent, waters of Puget Sound or driving across The Narrows Bridge (Galloping Gertie) through Tacoma to the Greater Seattle area is a wonderful accompaniment to living in rural Westsound. Real estate values and the solid economy with above average wages is attracting people from all over the world (even some Californians are moving here...do you believe it?)
